Manager – Communication & Connectiviity

• Provide support and guidance on networks, maintaining network elements by providing remote assistance.

• Solve radio network-related issues and perform network analysis.
• Create and execute test cases, organize field trials of a cellular network.
• Provide support for NB-IoT, CAT-M, RF Mesh under test and real environments.
• Coordinate communications between Vendors, operations team, and field support systems
• Plan and design the core network infrastructure, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the RAN & core network performance.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns and trends.
• Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards.
• Write effective, scalable, and reusable code using Python.
