Manager - Commercial

We are seeking a Manager - Commercial to oversee commercial operations, with a focus on sales finance, modern trade, and retail. This role involves managing financial planning, driving growth strategies, and analyzing market trends, leveraging strong expertise in Accounts Receivable and the Order-to-Cash process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage commercial operations, including sales finance, modern trade, and retail activities.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company's FMCG business.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in key accounts and improve profitability.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.

Skills Required

• Experience: 8–10 years of experience in Finance or Commercial roles.
• Expertise: Core expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Commercial Operations, and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes.
• Industry Background: Experience in FMCG, Retail, Modern Trade, or E-commerce sectors is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and functional skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP (modules: SD, MM, FICO).
