Manager - Business Strategy & Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and refinement of JioStar's long-term growth strategy. Periodically review and revise strategic blueprints to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Business Need Analysis: Analyze business needs, identify areas for improvement, and design data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement actionable improvements.
• Program & Project Management: Identify strategic opportunities, design project proposals, obtain leadership buy-in, and drive projects from concept to execution.
• Leadership Communication: Support leadership and CEO communications both externally (board updates) and internally (Townhalls). Ensure strategic initiatives are clearly and effectively conveyed.
• Competition Insights & Benchmarking: Conduct quantitative and qualitative competitor analysis. Benchmark industry practices to identify competitive advantages and gaps.
• Analytical Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned analyses, synthesize findings, and present actionable insights that inform executive-level decisions.
