Manager Business Process

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SOX 404 engagements, performing tests of control design and operating effectiveness, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation.
• Manage a portfolio of engagements, supervising and guiding Assistant Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates/Analysts.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through spot checks, periodic reviews, and adherence to quality assurance processes.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring all engagements are completed within the established turnaround times.
• Assist Associate Directors and Directors in developing new methodologies, internal initiatives, marketing materials, and business proposals.
• Provide real-time constructive feedback to team members and facilitate timely completion of assignments.
• Motivate, counsel, and develop junior colleagues, fostering professional growth and team effectiveness.
• Translate lessons learned from client engagements into training sessions and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
