Manager (Biologics)

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage shift operations for downstream biologics production
• Oversee GMP adherence and team efficiency across 45+ members per shift
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted production
• Supervise QMS activities and review production targets

Key Deliverables:

• Smooth 24x7 operations across all shifts including night shifts
• Implementation of best practices in protein purification and chromatography
• Efficient team utilization and performance monitoring
• Compliance with cGMP and 21 CFR standards
