Manager - Audits

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager - Audits to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Internal Audit, internal control, and a deep understanding of the first and second lines of defense. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining a robust audit framework within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal audit function.
• Oversee and implement processes related to internal control.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the first and second lines of defense.
• Develop and execute audit plans to assess risk and compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: Extensive professional experience in Internal Audit, internal control, and first and second lines of defense.
• Education: Graduate or MBA.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹40 LPA.
• Work Schedule: 5 days working with rotational shifts.
• Transport: Cabs are provided.
