Manager - Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design real-time data systems with proper instrumentation and visualization.
• Work with Data Science teams on personalization models, defining metrics to track recommendation system health and creating scalable signal frameworks.
• Jointly own product goals and drive actionable insights using data-led problem-solving.
• Design, execute, and analyze hundreds of A/B tests reliably to evaluate product initiatives.
• Partner with business teams to identify requirements, construct analytical frameworks, and deliver clear presentations.
• Create reports and dashboards to foster a data-aware organization and accurately track product performance.
