Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Account & Revenue Management
- Own and grow revenue from a defined portfolio of GCS accounts across digital advertising solutions.
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals and campaign outcomes.
- Ensure consistent delivery against revenue targets.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with advertisers and agency partners.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Campaign Execution, Analytics, and Finance teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Pipeline & Forecasting
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasts, and internal tracking mechanisms.
- Proactively identify risks, revenue gaps, and mitigation plans.
Campaign Strategy & Insights
- Support campaign planning, proposal creation, and post-campaign reviews with actionable insights.
- Monitor trends across the Indian digital advertising ecosystem including formats, platforms, and performance benchmarks.
