Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow revenue from a defined portfolio of GCS accounts across digital advertising solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client objectives.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasts, and internal tracking; proactively flag risks and gaps.
  • Collaborate with campaign execution, product, analytics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track trends across the Indian digital advertising ecosystem, including formats, platforms, and performance benchmarks.
