Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Prepare monthly, yearly operational, corporate, and capital budgets.
  • Conduct Budget vs Actual analysis and generate variance reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, executives, and cross-functional teams for data collection.

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Maintain Fixed Asset Register, post depreciation entries, and support physical verification.
  • Verify and approve Work Orders and Purchase Orders.
  • Create master data in SAP (GL creation, BP codes, Asset codes, etc.).
  • Track expenses WBS-wise.
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and Balance Sheet schedules.
  • Support monthly book closing and provide assistance during audits.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure financial compliance and accurate reporting as per company standards.
  • Handle additional tasks assigned by Management related to finance and accounting.
