What You'll Do

Take full ownership and accountability for the team's deliverables, ensuring they align with Intuit's strategic goals.
Identify and remove roadblocks to enable the team to operate with speed and agility.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
12+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on building and scaling large, complex systems.
Proven success in leading and managing software engineering teams in high-impact environments.
Strong foundation in software development methodologies and engineering best practices.
Deep technical expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience building infrastructure abstractions that improve developer experience.
Familiarity or interest in AI and agentic technologies for system automation.
High level of ownership, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
