• Manage ESOP issuance, allotment, and listing processes.
• Handle dividend processing and IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund) activities.
• Oversee investor grievance redressal and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including SEBI requirements.
