Role Responsibilities

• Partner with Process Excellence Leads and Global Process Owners to drive optimized, secure, and simplified end-to-end People Processes, enhancing the Employee Experience.
• Provide functional and process expertise, collaborating with other business process, functional, and technical teams to support end-to-end process development.
• Lead project activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, test development, and implementation.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, focus groups, and other techniques to efficiently understand business problems and user needs.
• Translate business problems and user needs into detailed requirements aligned with standard process methodology.
• Build and maintain senior collaborator relationships, ensuring alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze complex information and produce actionable solutions.
• Communicate effectively across senior technical and business collaborators, ensuring clarity on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Understand business processes impacted by projects and ensure alignment with the department's broader strategy.
• Assist the Product Owner in leading and visualizing outcomes, prioritizing work, and delivering agreed minimum viable products (MVP).
• Use judgment and creativity to address sophisticated and varied issues where guidance or precedent may not be available.
