Job Role: Collections Manager

Job Location: Nashik

Experience required:

• Should be working as an AM/Manager in a Domestic Collections Process
• Candidate who has hands on experience in Domestic Collections with a proven track record
• Capable of managing the process wing to wing with minimal support
• Manage the overall performance and ensure seamless execution
• Manage Attrition and Shrinkage
• Oversee the Training, Quality and Dialer Operations
• Process review (Internal and with customer)
• Manage escalations and audits
• Adherence to overall Service Delivery Requirements
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Job Requirement:

• Any full-time graduate (10+2+3)
• Immediate joiners/30 Days Notice/60 Days Notice.
• Mode of Salary credit should be through banks from all the employers (No cash in hand)
• All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.
• Should be comfortable with rotational week offs

Skill Requirement:

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Must have fair knowledge of Dialer operations
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good client management skills
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Decision-making skills
• Excellent skills in MS Office
• Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
