Job Description
- Develop a cohesive GTM strategy - market positioning, launch plans, pricing, targets, and KPIs with stakeholders i.e. Sales & Marketing, Operations.
- Own the execution of go-to-market strategy for the region, especially for new & developing markets
- Define launch strategy and execution across categories, brands, and BUs.
- Analyse and determine key insights from key business drivers, trends, and operating metrics.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with the senior leadership team / regional management team, reviewing portfolio performance, delivering key insights, and driving decision-making.
- Monitor the performance against plans and support short, medium, and long-term initiatives.
- Review BU targets, plans, and guidance with sales leadership and provide input to refine guidelines based on context and analysis of progress.
- Manage and track the P&L for strategic growth channels
- Analyse competitive information on websites, marketing materials, analyst reports, 3rd party review sites, and pricing/packaging. Use it to provide differentiated messaging that positions IMC as a leader in the Corporate Services market across the website, inbound, and outbound channels.
- Become the go-to expert to Partner with industry experts/influencers and advocate our services to a larger audience by owning a wide array of content initiatives: webinars, workshops, service videos, position papers, blog posts, and more.
- Become an expert on our customers and their unique cases. Partner with internal teams to execute campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
- Communicate value proposition and own educational content to support sales and deals (case studies, evaluate wrap-up presentations, ROI/TCO calculators for key logos, battle cards, playbooks, feature pages) and more.
- Create a positioning statement that will identify your business and how the brand to be perceived by consumers
- Develop a positioning strategy through service understanding, competitor analysis, and market analysis
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 3 year in B2B marketing.
- Passionate storyteller: the ability to craft compelling messaging and content that closes deals.
- A strong show of work: You ve created a wide array of content including but not limited to case studies, sales presentations, webinars, white papers, videos, blog posts, etc.
- Cross-functional: You are a team player and comfortable collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Win-win Mindset: You have strong program management skills; A knack to get things done by partnering with different teams across the company
- Results-oriented: Your strengths lie in mapping ideas x practical execution. You can showcase clear outcomes against every initiative you take up.
