Key Responsibilities

IT & OT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the complete management of IT and OT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of IT/OT systems with minimal downtime and optimized resource utilization.
• Align infrastructure services with business and manufacturing needs to ensure operational continuity.

System Performance Management

• Monitor and maintain the performance of IT and OT systems critical to manufacturing and operations.
• Identify bottlenecks or performance risks and implement timely corrective actions.
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives with robust infrastructure planning.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure IT and OT systems comply with relevant regulatory standards such as FDA, EMA, and GMP.
• Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor potential threats to safeguard data and systems.
• Work closely with Quality and Compliance teams to ensure audit readiness at all times.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

• Design, implement, and routinely test disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) strategies.
• Ensure minimal downtime and quick recovery in case of system failures, cyber incidents, or other emergencies.
• Maintain documentation and protocols in alignment with regulatory requirements.

CSV (Computer System Validation)

• Ensure compliance of IT and OT systems through robust Computer System Validation (CSV) processes.
• Collaborate with QA/Validation teams to implement validation protocols for GxP-relevant systems.
• Maintain system documentation, validation plans, and audit trails as per compliance norms.
