Job Description

  • Assist senior management in various functions such as product development, market research, promotional strategy formulation, sales activities, territory mapping, and institutional selling.
  • Gain comprehensive exposure to different streams of management, contributing to the success of multiple departments.
  • Support the execution of on-the-ground sales initiatives, helping coordinate and streamline processes.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to understand and participate in decision-making that drives PCDS's business growth.
  • Take on diverse roles and responsibilities, contributing to strategic planning, project management, and business development.
  • Continuously learn and develop, preparing for a future leadership position within the company.

Desired Profile:

  • Fresh MBA graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Willingness to travel and take on a variety of roles and responsibilities across the organization.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and open to learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in multiple areas of business management.
  • Self-motivated and ready to contribute actively to team efforts and strategic initiatives.
