Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining and executing B2B sales strategies targeting HRTech, SaaS, BFSI, and tech-driven enterprises.
- Drive lead generation via digital channels LinkedIn, email campaigns, content marketing, and partnerships.Work closely with the founders on customer outreach, demos, and pipeline building.
- Conduct competitive research, industry mapping, and segmentation to support growth plans.
- Support product marketing efforts including positioning, messaging, and case study creation.
- Engage with clients to understand integration needs, pain points, and deliver customer delight.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive onboarding, adoption, and retention.
Desired Skills & Profile
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, SaaS metrics, and marketing funnels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical with a structured approach to solving go-to-market problems.Passion for technology, startups, and AI-driven platforms.
- Prior internship or live project exposure in GTM, growth marketing, or sales strategy is a plus.
