Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Invoice to Cash - Billing
The Management Trainee - Billing is responsible for supporting day-to-day billing operations across Maintenance and Repairs billing processes. The role focuses on accurate transaction processing, ticket resolution, customer account updates, and ensuring compliance with billing guidelines and SLAs.

1. Maintenance Operations Billing
New Bookings
.Process Recaptures, Conversions, and Add Units
.Validate contract details and ensure accurate system updates
Re-signs
.Process Addendums and Renewals
.Execute Account and Scope Changes
.Ensure proper documentation and approvals
Fast Track Changes
.Update Account Name Changes
.Modify Billing Frequency and Payment Terms
.Update Invoice Delivery Method
.Maintain Consolidated Codes
.Process Invoice Text updates (add/remove/change)
.Update PO details (add/remove/change)
.Maintain Tax Status accuracy
Other SSCRM Submissions
.Process Cancellations
.Handle Suspensions/Reinstatements
.Implement Price Adjustments
.Execute Merges, Transfers, and Splits
SNOW Tickets Handling
.Respond to Add/Update Information Requests
.Support Dispute Analysis Requests
.Address Escalation Requests
.Handle Invoice Detail Requests
.Process Manual Invoice Requests
.Execute Multi-step Account Requests
Miscellaneous Activities
.Perform Error Report revisions
.Create and manage SNOW tickets

.Support Billing Creation activities (Callback Review)
.Assist in Customer Number Creation (JDE)
.Support Final Bill and Close activities
.Process Manual Billing transactions
.Assist in Inventory Cleanup (Cost Write Off & Transfers)

Required Skills & Competencies
.Basic knowledge of billing processes
.Good understanding of ERP systems (JDE preferred)
.Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/SNOW preferred)
.Strong attention to detail
.Analytical and problem-solving skills
.Good communication skills
.Ability to meet SLAs and TAT

Qualifications

.Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
.Relevant years of experience in Billing or AR operations, preferably in a shared service or BPO.
.Experience supporting US-based clients, ideally in manufacturing sector.
.Good understanding of ERP systems (JDE preferred)
.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
.Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/SNOW preferred)
.Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).
.Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.


Preferred qualifications

.Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration
.Knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and AR- Billing procedures.
.Experience working in US time zones or overlapping shifts with US business hours.
.Exposure to automation tools like High Radius or similar (nice to have).
