Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee (Payroll and Time)
Responsibilities
.Manage operational activities of payroll and timekeeping.
.Management of data and payroll processing services to ensure that all employees get the payments timely and correctly.
.Manage Payroll inputs and Gross to Net processing
.Payroll processing, reconciliation, validation and disbursement
.Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
.Validation of all payments and deductions and improve accuracy.
.Payroll reporting, post payroll and year end activities
.Support the internal/external teams/vendors with payroll reports.
.Support employees on their payroll related queries through emails and tickets.
Qualifications we seek in you
. Any Graduate / Postgraduate
. Excellent soft skills to deal with the sensitive employee queries
. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications/ Skills
. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) and ADP is an added advantage
. Green belt / Lean Six sigma certified would be preferred.
