Management Trainee

Sales Support and Client Engagement

• Assist in identifying and prospecting potential clients within the translation and localization market
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
• Maintain and update client databases with accurate and timely information

Market Research

• Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Provide actionable insights to improve sales approaches and identify new growth opportunities

Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and industry events to gain practical experience

Sales Process Execution

• Learn and assist in executing the complete sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as project managers and linguists to ensure excellent client satisfaction

Training and Development

• Attend workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to develop skills in sales, negotiation, and industry knowledge
• Prepare reports and share insights with senior leadership as part of continuous learning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Strong interest in sales and the translation/localization industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, multicultural environment
