- Drive initiatives that improve candidate experience and employer branding.
- Provide innovative strategies for attracting top talent.
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and feedback.
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure seamless onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduation from any stream is mandatory .
- Prior experience in HR internships is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Solid understanding of profit and loss concepts .
- Highly goal-oriented and committed to achieving targets.
