Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Analysis

• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic and operational challenges
• Conduct detailed analyses of business processes, financial performance, and market data to identify growth opportunities
• Participate in client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment and understanding

Strategy Development & Implementation

• Assist in creating strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps
• Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and risks to ensure timely completion
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and capability building

Deliverables & Communication

• Prepare high-quality client deliverables including presentations, reports, and financial/business models
• Communicate findings effectively to clients and internal teams
• Support cross-functional collaboration to implement solutions and track impact
