Maintenance/Production/Quality

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Injection Molding and Blow Molding production lines.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and perform preventative maintenance.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and mentor production staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Quality Control:

• Implement and enforce quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Address and resolve quality issues promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all safety protocols and industry regulations are followed.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve plant performance.
