Maintenance / Production / Quality Engineer – Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM)

Production Management

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the injection molding and blow molding production lines.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance scheduling.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of injection and blow molding machines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.

Quality Control & Assurance

• Implement and enforce quality control procedures for all products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain process documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and quality control plans.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, train, and mentor production and maintenance staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and safe work environment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance plant performance.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Identify areas for operational improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, production reports, and quality documentation.
• Support supplier quality management and participate in audits as required.
