Maintenance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Planning & execution of annual plant shut down, spares management, preparation of annual budget.

2. Reduction of break down hours / Preventive & predictive Maintenance.

3. Maintenance of plant & its instruments.

4. Inspection of materials received in stores.

5. Maintaining equipment history cards & asset register.

6. Budget planning for the yearly review and capital expenditure, obtaining approval for the same, management of spares and other material.

7. Leading a team of engineers, technicians, fitters & Electrician.

8. Planning, Scheduling and controlling of short and long-term shutdowns.

9. Implementation of Fire Fighting and Safety norms.

10. Technical evaluation of vendors & Contractors for supply of materials & Services.

11. Identification of risks & Preparation of contingency plan to mitigate the same.

12. ISO documentation work along with handling statutory compliance work required for various govt. department.
