Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Supervise the upkeep of classrooms, laboratories, hostels, offices, and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Monitor, repair, and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and other institutional equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, fire regulations, and health standards within the campus.
• Staff Supervision: Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Record Keeping: Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and inventories.
• Budget Management: Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, procurement of materials, and cost control.
• Communication: Liaise with administration, faculty, and external vendors regarding maintenance issues and requirements.

Educational Qualification & Experience

• +2 (Higher Secondary) and a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Prior experience in maintenance, facility management, or related roles is an advantage.
