Training Development

Manage the creation and improvement of a catalogue of HealthHub rules and reports. Assess the effectiveness of the catalogue entries and select the best per platform to create 'starter packs' to be adopted by new RSM projects.
Manage the creation of a Digital Value Creation process involving main digital maintenance tools and applications such as HealthHub, TrainScanner, Track Tracer, Catenary Tracer and Advanced Maintenance Analytics
Contribute to the creation of a training curriculum that will allow regional resources to fully utilise the main digital maintenance tools and deliver the full value associated.
Deliver the above training to selected staff in each Region, according to the agreed roadmap. Priority should be given to MPCs, Fleet Support Centers, Regional Service Engineering, to leverage economies of scale.
Assist the roll-out of the methodology by trained regional resources
Help Management to quantify the benefits and EAC reduction achieved with on-going and completed deployments.
Graduated from Engineering School, Master of Science or equivalent
Experience of Rolling Stock products/subsystems
Experience of Railway Maintenance needs and operational constraints
Autonomous, motivated by challenges

Comfortable with working with colleagues and project teams in different time zones
