Mainframe Developer

LTM is Seeking Mainframe Developer Application.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain COBOL programs for batch and online processing
• Develop and modify JCL for batch job execution and scheduling
• Work with DB2 / VSAM for data access, manipulation, and performance optimization
• Develop and support CICS online transactions (where applicable)
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect fixes
• Handle production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Follow SDLC, change management, and release processes
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance with coding standards

Mandatory Skills

• COBOL (Hands‑on, development experience)
• JCL
• DB2
• VSAM
• IBM Mainframe (z/OS) environment
• TSO/ISPF
