Job Description
- 7–10 years of proven experience as a Mainframe Designer/Developer
- Involved in all phases of the SDLC including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Strong development skills in COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and Endevor
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently
- Understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with Clients, SMEs, and Business Associates
- Contribute to design discussions and assist team members in implementation
- Domain knowledge in banking is an added advantage
