mainframe developer

Must have strong working experience (7+ years) in:

• JCL
• COBOL
• DB2
• CICS
• Hands-on experience in CICS is mandatory
• Prior experience with NatWest is preferred
• Should have experience in analyzing, debugging, and resolving production issues
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in performance tuning and code optimization in mainframe applications
• Knowledge of batch and online processing
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
• Should have experience in code review and mentoring junior developers
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in sprint-based delivery
• Good communication and client interaction skills
