Must Have
Technical/Functional Skills
1. Knowledge in PowerShell, bash, Groovy, Python scripting languages.
2. Has knowledge in Automation implementation and basics of testing.
3. Experience in developing adaptors to enable tools integrations.
4. Basic understanding of infrastructure, Operating system (Linux, Windows) and Networks.
5. Systems integration using industry-standard communication protocols (e.g., SSH, WinRM, SMTP, SNMP, REST and SOAP APIs, etc.) to connect and perform necessary actions on the systems.
6. Understanding of Enterprise ITSM processes.
Experience Required 4 – 10 Years
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with multiple teams to identify opportunities and design potential solutions for automation.
2. Requirement gathering and preparing Solution Design for automation.
3. Review the solution with customer and showcase the value to be delivered from the use case.
4. Code development based on SD and Unit Testing.
5. Prepare the scenario documentation with all the valid scenarios.
6. Deploying the code to Production environments and monitoring.
7. Responsible for smooth functioning of automation platform and patches/upgrades.
8. Develop custom adapters based on the project requirements and delivering to the customer.
