Machine Learning Scientist (ASR)

Design, develop, train, and validate machine learning models with specialization in ASR systems.

Contribute to problem definition, algorithm development, and end-to-end ML solution execution.

Assist in designing evaluation frameworks for ASR solutions submitted for funding under national AI programs.

Play an advisory role in the execution and technical review of ASR evaluations.

Curate, preprocess, and transform large-scale speech and text datasets.

Run simulations and conduct performance benchmarking of speech recognition systems.

Apply deep learning and modern speech modeling techniques to real-world social challenges.

Collaborate with engineering, product, domain experts, and design teams for deployment-ready solutions.

Mentor junior researchers, post-docs, and interns; contribute to hiring and capability building.

Publish research findings in leading conferences and journals; present work in technical forums.

Engage with external partners, government stakeholders, and communities where solutions are deployed.
