Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

  • Proactively generate new leads to support sales initiatives using multiple lead sources provided by the organization.

Sales Calling & Outreach

  • Perform daily outbound calls to prospective clients, following the established sales script and employing the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) methodology to drive engagement and conversions.

Referral Acquisition

  • Obtain referrals from existing clients during each sales call to expand the network and create additional business opportunities.

Personal Lead Management

  • Acquire and manage personal leads to complement team efforts and maximize sales potential.

Team Collaboration & Motivation

  • Celebrate daily sales achievements within the team, fostering motivation, healthy competition, and a positive work environment.
