• Evaluate Loss Mitigation package & Process Documents as per regulatory, Investor/insurer
• Trigger missing documents letter to customer
• Review income documents, loss mitigation application forms, Calculate Income
• Meeting targets as per SLA &TAT

Required Candidate profile

• Graduate
• Min. 02 yrs. exp. in the US Loss mitigation/Home retention
• Should be open to work in shifts
• Adhering to organization policies
• Good written & oral communication skills in English
