Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to potential customers to resolve queries and complaint related to products and services.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual performance and team and goals.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of telemarketing and sales techniques.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
