We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Tech Mahindra. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in connecting with customers, providing customer service, and resolve complaints. If you are passionate about customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls to potential customers to resolve queries and complaint related to products and services.
  • Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual performance and team and goals.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of telemarketing and sales techniques.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
