Roles and responsibilities

• Data mapping from the booking packing list for booking and from the final packing list into the planning chart for Invoice creation & tracking
• E-Booking submission in forwarder's/buyer's portal and booking amendment (Qty, Ctns, volume or handover date revision).
• Tax Invoice creation in the Spandan as per the final packing list and checking the PO price, address, etc
• Commercial Invoice creation and supporting documents preparation
• Commercial documents uploaded in the forwarder/buyer's portal or hard copy documents submission (courier to the buyer/buying office or forwarder office).
