About the Strategy Team
The Strategy team within NACF (North American Fulfillment) Operations focuses on delivering labor planning and staffing solutions in real-time environments. The team is dedicated to solving critical challenges within Amazon's supply chain by providing programmatic solutions and sustainable processes. This centralized team supports the business through capacity planning, labor strategy, and organizational development.
We are currently looking for a Week 0 Associate to support centralized Week 0 initiatives across multiple NACF networks.
Key Job Responsibilities
As a Week 0 Associate, your responsibilities may include:
- Executing Week 0 Standard Work: You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of critical standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Week 0 on a daily and weekly cadence.
- Identifying Opportunities for Improvement: Comprehend SOPs with minimal support and identify opportunities to improve efficiency or quality. Actively propose solutions to enhance productivity and resolve issues.
- Issue Resolution & Communication: Address site questions and issues related to Week 0 programs, propose solutions, and effectively communicate issues or escalations to management.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders and teams, providing support and facilitating smooth execution of Week 0 initiatives.
- Highly Organized & Multi-tasking: Maintain organization and efficiency while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Educational Background: A graduate in any discipline is required for this position.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of VBA, SQL, and Data Warehousing is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced MS Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Excel. Advanced knowledge of Excel will be an advantage.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work and adherence to processes.
- Fast-paced Environment Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
