Logistics Coordinator E-commerce

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all logistics activities, including e-commerce and offline shipments. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery scheduling and appointment bookings for platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and provide status updates to the management team.
• Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure proper packaging and labeling according to platform requirements.
• Maintain records of deliveries and prepare weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
• 1 3 years of experience in logistics coordination (FMCG experience preferred).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platform delivery requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
