Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Source HL/LAP business via connectors and ABG dealer network
- Achieve monthly sales targets and cross-sell financial products
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure lead conversions
- Monitor CIBIL, documentation, and eligibility compliance
Key Deliverables:
- Drive LAP/HL disbursements from designated geographies
- Expand sourcing from ABG ecosystem and dealer network
- Track performance metrics and ensure goal alignment
- Prepare to manage team by next financial cycle
