Loan Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Processing & Operations

• Manage and process loan applications, including credit checks and disbursement.
• Coordinate with external parties, such as lenders and vendors, to facilitate loan processing.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of loan transactions and performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with loan processing and servicing.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Apply knowledge of industry standards and internal controls to maintain operational integrity.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications efficiently.
• Analyze loan data to identify trends, errors, and areas for process improvement.
