Loan Officers - Microfinance Business

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard Joint Liability Groups for loan disbursal.
• Monitor repayments, collections, and address delinquencies.
• Conduct field visits, centre meetings, and portfolio checks.
• Build strong internal and external client relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–5 years of experience, preferably in microfinance or sales.
• Understanding of JLG model and regional market penetration.
• Ability to manage disbursements and collections with minimal default.
