Job Description

• Managing & maintaining SUSE Servers
• Managing IBM, DELL, Lenovo Fujitsu and HP HANA appliance servers.
• Building/reimages SUSE Linux servers in both physical and virtual environment.
• Managing Linux virtual machines that are configured in ESX environments.
• Providing Level 3 supports to the customers and Managing the Antivirus environment.
• Patching and OS upgrades on SUSE servers
• Exposure on DNS, NFS, Samba, FTP, LDAP, NTP, Email services.
• Knowledge on SAN or NAS environment.
• Knowledge on RAID, LVM.
• Exposure on any clusters and package management
• Good understanding of Networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing and Name Resolution.
• Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues.
• OS Concepts on Security, Backup and recovery strategies, performance tuning, LDAP, high availability and disaster recovery concepts, Monitoring etc.
• Knowledge in configuration management systems such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible Must Have: Skills in Cloud (AWS Or Azure Or Both is advantage) AWS Skills: Experience with EBS,EFS, VPC, Elastic Beanstalk, SNS, Cloud watch, S3, EC2, Auto scaling, CloudFront, ELB etc. Hands on NSG & NACL, Firewall management. Responsible for creating and managing EC2 instances using VPCs. AWS EC2 CLI Tools for auto-scaling of instances, backup management, s3 management Azure Skills:
• Thorough knowledge on Azure platforms IAAS, PaaS. · Deep understanding of Cloud Computing and various deployment methodologies ·
• Ability to design application and deployment architecture from On-premise to Cloud
• Provided architectural guidance for Azure solutions
• Strong knowledge of Azure App services, Azure Resource Manager (ARM Templates)
• Good understanding of Azure storage options
• Good Understanding of Azure networking like VNETS, NSGs , ExpressRoute, site-to-site and point-to-site connections
• Strong Knowledge on Security options in Azure
• Hand on experience on Windows PowerShell
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate / AZ-300 Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies
