Line Manager - Locomotive Assembly

• Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to safety standards
• Managing and developing production teams to meet SQCD objectives
• Driving the implementation of the APSYS (Alstom Performance System - Lean Management System)
• Facilitating problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
• Optimizing resource allocation and managing the monthly cost base
• Developing team efficiency and multi-skills among associates

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical (BE/B.Tech)
• Minimum 13+ years of Experience in assembly operations, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of production systems and continuous improvement processes
• Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards
• Proficiency in English & Hindi
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams
• Flexible to work in shifts. (2 shift, 5 days in a week)
