Job Description

  • Drive Regional Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets for the region by supporting Field Sales (FLS) recruitment, ensuring a steady flow of leads to the FLS team, and facilitating timely closures through effective meetings.
  • Team Management & Development: Directly manage and develop the FLS team to deliver sales volumes, preparing them for future managerial roles.
  • Lead & Activity Management: Implement lead and activity management systems, drive initiatives, and formulate medium-term strategies for the team.
  • Territory Maximization: Maximize results within the assigned territory through a combination of sales target achievement and efficient expense management.
  • Performance Review & Coaching: Conduct weekly meetings with FLS to review performance against budget and targets, identifying strengths and weaknesses to provide targeted coaching.
  • Lead Funnel & Business Growth: Focus on developing the top of the lead funnel to sustain and grow the business unit and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Lead Source Management: Create and manage lead sources for business development.
  • Team Meetings & Communication: Conduct regular meetings to review performance, disseminate company information, address common problems and concerns, encourage open communication, and rally the team to achieve goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Host events for customers to develop new and long-term relationships.
  • Incentive Communication: Disseminate information on incentives and promotion policies through assigned Goalsheets.
  • Continuous Performance Development: Organize and conduct continuous performance development sessions with trainer support for team education, skill enhancement, and motivation.
  • Area Operations Management: Manage all aspects of the allocated area, including customer servicing, facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure the team operates in accordance with company standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Market & Policy Updates: Stay up-to-date with market developments, company policies, procedures, sales processes, and relevant legislation, and disseminate this information to the team.
