Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle life and annuity insurance back-office transaction processing, including Policy Administration Services, Disbursement, and Claims
  • Process annuity transactions such as Replacement, Exchange, Rollover, Transfers, Surrenders, and Withdrawals
  • Ensure compliance with retirement income strategies, annuity structures, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform detailed review and validation of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize mainframe systems and PC applications such as MS Word, Outlook, and other business software
  • Analyze discrepancies and provide solutions using strong research and analytical skills
  • Communicate complex information clearly in verbal and written formats
  • Work in coordination with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency
  • Operate in US shifts, including willingness to work onsite as required
