Key Responsibilities

• Achieve life insurance sales targets through tele-sales
• Acquire, build, and maintain strategic client relationships; analyze customer needs to establish a client-centric business environment and implement solutions
• Perform cross-sales, upselling, and ensure timely renewal of clients' insurance policies
• Increase business share by offering the full range of products and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Utilize leads optimally on a daily basis to ensure cost-efficient operations
• Manage product mix, persistency, and lead conversion percentages
• Maintain and update client database accurately
• Achieve goals as per target sheets and participate in weekly contests
• Attend meetings and training sessions at branch offices as required
• Conduct customer home visits when requested
