Job Description
- Drive global program execution by establishing strong project management frameworks, ensuring structured milestones, deliverables, and accountability across regions.
- Lead governance processes with senior stakeholders by facilitating review cycles, preparing decision-ready materials, and escalating risks with recommended actions.
- Manage global reporting rhythms including dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries to maintain transparency on progress and business outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to synchronize requirements, resolve blockers, streamline processes, and scale best practices across regions.
- Maintain program documentation and playbooks to enable standardized and repeatable execution across the organization.
- Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth resolution to maintain uninterrupted operational flow.
- Drive innovation through process enhancements, automation initiatives, and improved metrics design to increase execution efficiency.
- Support change management by promoting the ATLAS vision, ensuring global adoption, and enabling teams through training and structured assets.
- Provide insights, scenario assessments, and strategic recommendations to leadership to guide decision-making and measure program impact.

Experience & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management and governance within global, matrixed environments, preferably in Sales or License Advisory ecosystems.
- Strong capability to influence senior leadership and align diverse teams toward unified goals.
- High analytical acumen with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Proven experience building governance frameworks, running business reviews, and creating executive-level reporting.
- Ability to identify operational gaps and implement scalable improvements, including automation and tooling enhancements.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized with a strong execution mindset.
