Library Coordinator LiSo

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily library operations, book lending, and cataloging
• Support and mentor children in leading storytelling, book clubs, and other library activities
• Maintain a calm, quiet, and sensory-friendly space
• Coordinate with internal teams for book curation and inclusive programming
• Build partnerships with schools, authors, and community groups
• Maintain library inventory and basic reporting

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Literature, Library Science, or similar
• 2+ years experience working with children in educational or informal learning spaces
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for children's books and learning
• Comfortable using basic digital tools

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of Indian children's literature
• Experience working in inclusive or neurodiverse-friendly settings
• Multilingual (Hindi/Marathi a plus)
