Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations & After-Sales Service: Check in-house guests regarding their trips and experiences, address complaints, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Database Management: Update account records and inform the Marketing Department of any changes or additions to client contact information.
- Reporting: Regularly report activities, issues, and client feedback to the Leisure Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support departmental goals.
